The authors of this document insist that the treaty be repealed because McIntosh did not have any legitimate authority to represent the interests of the Creek Nation. George Troup, Governor of Georgia is mentioned within as are George Washington and the late Creek leader Alexander McGillivray. Signatures include Apothle-yoholo (often Opothle Yoholo), John Stidham, Mad Wolf, Yoholo Mico, (Tus hee Kee ?)
