Ordered That a Certified Copy of a Communication from Alexander McGillevray, dated at the Tuck- [deleted text:  [illegible text]  ] batches, the  
3rd day of August last past -- be transmitted, without delay, to John Habersham, esqr [esquire], Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, for treating with the Creek Indians.  
And that Mr. Habersham be informed as it is the earnest wish of this Board that a letter from the Governor to him dated the fourth day of this Instant be the immediate Object of his [unclear text: case ] .
