We have now the honor of laying before your Excellency a journal of our proceedings while at the mineral [added text (appears to be different ink and hand): "Indian Springs" now. ]  Spring in the Creek Nation, and likewise a copy of the treaty made with [added text: the ]  Indians by the Commissioners on the part of the UStates
