McMinn informs the Senate that he has enclosed, for their consideration, a copy of an agreement between the United States (by Agent William Cocke) and the Chickasaw Nation concerning the opening of a road from Reynoldsberg. McMinn informs the Senate that the United States will not bear any of the expenses for this project, and he emphasizes the importance of such a road for citizens of Tennessee, Kentucky and Ohio.
