A downstairs hallway in the home of Pearl Price located on Broad Street. It was part of a six-acre estate built in the early 1920s as a showplace home and known as Sunny Gables. The architectural style is Tudor. Note the furnishings and the flowers. The black and white squares of marble used for the floor were imported from Italy. In 1973 the estate was purchased by LaGrange College to house its Division of Nursing.</dc:description><dc:format>image/jpeg</dc:format><dc:rights>http://rightsstatements.org/vocab/NoC-CR/1.0/</dc:rights><dc:subject>Universities and colleges--Georgia--LaGrange</dc:subject><dc:subject>Architecture--Georgia--LaGrange</dc:subject><dc:subject>Education--Georgia--LaGrange</dc:subject><dc:subject>Domestic life--Georgia--LaGrange</dc:subject><dc:title>[Photograph of a downstairs hallway Pearl Price home, LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia, 1925]</dc:title><dc:type>StillImage</dc:type></oai_dc:dc>
