Edwards-Phillips-Milam-Reeves house was built by James Culberson ca. 1835-1840. The architect was probably Collin Rogers. The home was built for James William Burton Edwards and was located at 201 Broad Street. It was moved to 203 Broad Street ca. 1900. In 1956 it was moved to a location on Mountville Road. Members of the Phillips, J. J. Milam, and Wiley A. Reeves families have owned it over the years.
