From the items seen in the window display, the store probably sold men's clothing, shoes, hats. Jud Campbell sitting at far left. The building which houses this firm was built in 1877 by Thomas A. Foster. He and James Monroe Harlan operated Foster and Harlan, an early department store there. In 1897 the structure was remodeled. The Calhoun Watch Shop has occupied this building since 1954.
