Rockwell Universalist Church, located at the intersection of Rockwell Church Road and Ga. Highway 53. The church was organized ca. 1839 and is believed to be the second oldest Universalist church in the state. The church died out during the Civil War but was reorganized in 1867. The structure seen in the photograph was built ca. 1881 and was called Mulberry Church.
