Co. E. 6th Georgia Regt. It is written on note paper decorated in color with a drawing of Jefferson Davis superimposed on the Confederate flags and crossed cannon.</dc:description><dc:description>No biographical information is available on T.L. Prevette. He is not listed in the Confederate roster under the 6th Georgia Infantry, even though the manuscript lists him as a member of this regiment. There is, however, a Joseph S. Prevatt listed in Company E of the 6th Georgia Infantry; he is listed as a musician. It is possible that the name "J.S. Prevatt" was incorrectly recorded as "T.L. Prevette" on the manuscript.</dc:description><dc:description>America's Turning Point: Documenting the Civil War Experience in Georgia received support from a Digitizing Historical Records grant awarded to the Atlanta History Center, Georgia Historical Society, Hargrett Rare Book and Manuscript Library, and the Digital Library of Georgia by the National Historical Publications and Records Commission.</dc:description><dc:format>application/pdf</dc:format><dc:format>image/x-djvu</dc:format><dc:publisher>T.L.
