Both Bell and Terrell Hall are three story red brick buildings featuring a two-story portico with balcony supported by heroic fluted Corinthian columns. Bell Hall, visible in the foreground, is the largest residence hall at GC&SU, housing around two-hundred women. Its rooms are arranged in suites so that two rooms share an adjoining bath. Built in 1928, the dorm was named for Miller Bell, who was a prominent local banker in the early 1900s.
