Built in 1845, the two-storied Greek Revival home is frame with clapboarding and has a hipped roof. The porch is two-stories high and on three sides of the structure. The house features fluted Greek Doric columns. The outbuildings, a kitchen, storage house, and well house, are not visible. The structure was restored in 1977 by the Augusta Junior Assembly and the city of Augusta. For more information, see Linley, John.
