The structure features a dining room with quarter-sawn oak flooring and modillion molding. The central block of the building is flanked by lower wings, and the portico has ionic columns. Former owners include James White, Jr. and the Kappa Delta sorority. The Delta Tau Delta fraternity currently occupies the building. In 1973, a fire damaged the building, and the original slate roof collapsed. After the fire, the second floor of the building was renovated to fit the needs of the fraternity.
