BONDED DEBT The bonded debt of this State, as set forth in Exhibit No. 3, shows the outstanding indebtedness on December 31, 1931, to be $4,580,202.00. The fifteenth installment of bonds amounting to $100,000.00, issued under an Act of 1889, due January 1, 1931, were paid. FUEL OIL TAX TO COUNTIES. During the year this office disbursed quarterly to the counties, as approved by Acts of the General Assembly, their pro rata of the Fuel Oil Tax Funds. The distributions were based upon the amounts received and credited to the counties - TREASURER'S REPORT. from the fuel oil distributors to the date of payment into the Treasury, less cost of collection, as provided by law, and upon the State Aid System Mileage in each County to the entire system, which is furnished this office quarterly by the State Highway Department. Delinquent payments are accounted for and disbursed at each next quarterly distribution. The Fuel Oil Tax Funds set aside to counties, collected and paid into the Treasury during the year 1931 aggregated $2,225,133.30. Payments brought forward from 1930 amounted to $370,956.01. This office disbursed from the above amount $2,214,796.06 and carried forward to 1932 a balance of $381,293.25, which will be added to the amount collected for counties in January 1932, to be distributed at that time.
