Lincoln County Soil and Water Conservation District 
Annual Report FY 2013 
The supervisors of the Lincoln County Soil and Water Conservation District met a total of ten (10) times in regular session with 100% attendance. Olin Reed served as Chairman, Curry Hogan served as Vice-Chairman and Treasurer, Stanton Tankersley served as Secretary and Leroy Bufford served as Chaplin. The District ratified two (3) Erosion and Sedimentation Pollution Control Plans. Supervisor Olin Reed was awarded a 45 year service pin. The District ordered and distributed 100 Soil Stewardship materials for 4th and 5th graders. The District continued to rent out the No-till drill.
