NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY ORDERD: That a Governor's Statewide DUI Task Force be appointed which will review the problems of DUI and factors contributing to the problems as they are addressed by the Governor's Office of Highway Safety and make recommendations to the Governor and the Governor's Office of Highway Safety on the best management practices for addressing the problems.
