REpE1VED THE STATE OF GEORGIA SEP 1 4 2004 DOCUMENTS UGA L1BRARtES EXECUTIVE ORDER BY THE GOVERNOR: WHEREAS: The motion picture industry is an important industry in the State of Georgia; and WHEREAS: The Georgia Department of Industry and Trade is charged with actively promoting the State of Georgia as a location for the motion picture industry; and WHEREAS: The Georgia Film and Videotape Office of the Georgia Department of Industry and Trade is charged with the development of the motion picture industry in Georgia; and WHEREAS: Vigorous efforts must continue to be undertaken to promote the development of the motion picture industry in Georgia. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED: That the Advisory Board will advise and assist the Department of Industry and Trade in promoting Georgia as a location for the filming of motion pictures, television films and commercials. , r IT IS FURTHER ORDERED: That members of the Georgia Film and Videotape Advisory Board shall serve without compensation except for subsistence expenses and actual travel expenses in accordance with state travel regulations.
