June 10, 1901 and after ha,ing ~pent two (2) day' at hard work in the investigation, beg leave to ubmit the followino- l' port, to wit: We find the buildings and ground are weil k pt amd in excellent condition' but the Dormitory facilities are entirely inadequate for the comfortable acc mmodation of the great number of children, both white and colored, that are in attendance at this chool' we thererfore condemn the anitary condition of the Dor.mitorie' of the in titution.
