This report deals with pertinent services and finances adnini stered by library systems. Detailed reports of the services and costs are on file at the division. Also included is a brief sumnary of services and activities at the state level. The Division of Public Library Services provides adninistration of state and federal programs; Public Library Development; Reader Services and the Georgia Library Information Network (GLIN); Publ ic Library Construction; and the Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. These services augnent those of local 1 ibrary systems.
