How would I transfer to a 2 yr school in GA to do core engineering classes needed for the 4 yr GA school I want to attend?" support@gacollege411.org You wanted to know about transferring to a 2-yr. Georgia school for pre-requisites and then transferring a 4-yr Georgia school. You should check with the Student Services or Registrars Offices at each school for clarification on their specific transfer policies. Generally, as long as the college is accredited and the courses you want to take meet the standards of the schools you want to transfer to, the courses should be transferrable, but again, please check with each institution to be sure of their transfer admissions policies and procedures. You should access the GA Colleges tab, where you may search through the universities, colleges, and technical colleges to find the one(s) that best suit your educational needs. In this section you will be able to conduct school comparisons, take virtual campus tours, do a college match based on your specific requirements, as well as a distance search to find those campuses closest to you. All schools in the site are accredited which indicates they have been reviewed by agencies that ensure that the schools meet rigorous standards. We encourage students to determine what criteria are most important to their individual needs as what is best for one student may not be best for another. We hope this will assist you with your requested information.
