Save America's Treasures It has been announced that March 16, 2001 will be the deadline for the $15 million available in Save America's Treasures. The National Park Service has set up a hotline to request that information and an application package be either mailed or e-mailed to you. The number is 202/343-9570.

The Federal Highway administration and the National Trust have revised the 1995 booklet, "Building on the Past, Traveling to the Future." The National Transportation Enhancement Clearinghouse (NTEC) has produced a 24-page booklet entitled "Communities Benefit! The Economic and Social Benefits of Transportation Enhancements."
