HB 1165 by Representative Williams of the 168th LIBERTY COUNTY: House Bill 1165 repeals the joint Liberty County, city of Gum Branch, city of Midway, city of Riceboro, and city of Walthourville Fire Protection Facilities and Equipment Authority. 
HB 1243 by Representative Davis of the 87th DEKALB COUNTY: House Bill 1243 changes the manner of appointment and terms of office of the members of the DeKalb County Board of Ethics, and provides for an ethics administrator and duties of such person. 
HB 1245 by Representative Burchett of the 176th LANIER COUNTY: House Bill 1245 creates the Lanier County Building Authority. 
HB 1246 by Representative Burchett of the 176th WARE COUNTY: House Bill 1246 provides that all five Satilla Regional Water and Sewer Authority board members are elected by the consumers of the authority. 
HB 1247 by Representative Clark of the 147th CITY OF WARNER ROBINS: House Bill 1247 provides a new charter for the city of Warner Robins. 
HB 1248 by Representative Williams of the 148th CITY OF CORDELE: House Bill 1248 provides a new charter for the city of Cordele. 
HB 1249 by Representative Welch of the 110th HENRY COUNTY: House Bill 1249 authorizes Henry County and each municipality within Henry County to exercise all redevelopment powers found in the Georgia Constitution and Code. 
SB 510 by Senator Tillery of the 19th WHEELER COUNTY: Senate Bill 510 creates the Wheeler County Board of Elections and Registration.

EXEMPTIONS REQUIRE A TWO-THIRDS ROLL-CALL VOTE FOR PASSAGE: 
HB 1242 by Representative Drenner of the 85th CITY OF DECATUR: House Bill 1242 provides a city of Decatur independent school district homestead exemption for ten years in the full amount of the assessed value for residents who are 62 and older.
