HB 1094 by Representative Channell of the 120th PUTNAM COUNTY: A Bill to provide for a homestead exemption from City of Eatonton ad valorem taxes for municipal purposes in an amount equal to the amount by which the current year assessed value of a homestead exceeds the base year assessed value of such homestead for residents of that county who are 70 years of age or older.
