EXEMPTIONS REQUIRE A TWO-THIRDS ROLL-CALL VOTE FOR PASSAGE: 
HB 1093 by Representative Channell of the 120th PUTNAM COUNTY: A Bill to provide a homestead exemption from City of Eatonton ad valorem taxes for municipal purposes in the amount of $10,000 of the assessed value of the homestead for residents. 
HB 1094 by Representative Channell of the 120th PUTNAM COUNTY: A Bill to provide for a homestead exemption from City of Eatonton ad valorem taxes for municipal purposes in an amount equal to the amount by which the current year assessed value of a homestead exceeds the base year assessed value of such homestead for residents of that county who are 70 years of age or older. 
HB 1095 by Representative Channell of the 120th PUTNAM COUNTY: A Bill to provide for a homestead exemption from City of Eatonton ad valorem taxes for municipal purposes in an amount equal to the amount by which the current year assessed value of a homestead exceeds the base year assessed value of such homestead.
