Health & Human Services Committee HB 47 Prescription drugs; certain refills of topical ophthalmic products under certain conditions; authorize Bill Summary: HB 47 allows a pharmacist, without authorization from the practitioner, to refill prescriptions for topical ophthalmic products at 70 percent of the predicted days of use. The bill provides for the transfer of the rights and responsibilities, employees, assets, director, and board to the new agency. Sections 4-12 revise references throughout the code to the new entity.
