Speaker Richardson appoints State Representatives Chuck Sims, Tom Rice, and Mack Crawford to the All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) Safety 
Study Committee Atlanta Today House Speaker Glenn Richardson (R-Hiram) appointed State Representatives Chuck Sims (R-Ambrose), Tom Rice (R-Norcross), and Mack Crawford (R-Concord) to the legislature's All-Terrain Vehicle Safety Study Committee. The committee is made up of three Representatives appointed by the Speaker.

The committee shall develop and recommend legislation which the committee deems necessary or appropriate to address the safety issues surrounding the use of ATVs in Georgia. The committee was created by the passage of House Resolution 214. The study committee will end its meeting on December 31, 2005.
