PRESS CONFERENCE ON MOBILE TELECOMMUNICATIONS BILL 
State Representative Barbara Mobley, D-Atlanta, will be holding a press conference on HB 125, the Duffner & Bryl Safe Driving Bill, which would make it a misdemeanor for drivers to be engaged in actions which are a distraction and result in an accident with physical injury or property damage. 
The press conference will be Tuesday, February 4th in the Capitol Rotunda at 9:15 am.
