L. 1995, p. 3950), so as to increase the amount of such exemption; to provide a sunset date; to provide for related matters; to provide for a referendum and contingent effective date; to provide for applicability; to provide for compliance with constitutional requirements; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
