Professional and Business Services (+29,800 jobs); Leisure and Hospitality (+23,300 jobs); Trade, Transportation, and Utilities (+15,100 jobs); and Education and Health Services (+14,100 jobs); added the most jobs over the year. Georgia's unemployment rate (seasonally adjusted) decreased in July 2017, from the revised rate of 4.8 percent in June to 4.7 percent in July. Over the year, the unemployment rate is down from 5.3 percent in July 2016.
