FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Georgia Department of Labor to help Spherion recruit workers ATLANTA The Georgia Department of Labor's Columbus Career Center will help Spherion fill about 140 positions at a TSYS call center in Columbus. The recruitment will be held Friday, Jan. 18, from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. at 700 Veterans Parkway, the site of the career center. Spherion will be conducting the interviews. An on-line application, which can be completed at the career center or prior to the recruitment, will be required. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or a General Educational Development (GED) certificate. The company will require a background and credit check on each applicant, as well as a drug screening test.
