FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Golf tournament to raise funds for scholarships set for June 8 at Osprey Cove ATLANTA The Kings Bay Employer Committee's fourth annual fund-raising golf tournament will be held Friday, June 8, at Osprey Cove in St. Marys. The annual tournament is held to raise funds for the Tracy L. Foreman Scholarship Endowment Fund for deserving college students. Three $1,000 scholarships will be awarded in June. The tournament is sponsored by the Kings Bay Employer Committee and several other local organizations. The late Ms. Foreman was an employment marketing representative in the Kings Bay Career Center. She worked closely with area businesses and the employer committee. The tournament is open to all male and female amateur golfers. The field is limited to 36 teams and 144 individuals. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m., with starting time at 9 a.m. A luncheon and awards presentation will be held at 1 p.m. Prizes include a 2007 Ford Mustang for a hole-in-one and free stays at Treetops Resort and Peabody Hotel.
