Thurmond to attend groundbreaking ceremony for new Georgia Department of Labor Career Center in Moultrie 
ATLANTA  State Labor Commissioner Michael Thurmond will attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the new Georgia Department of Labor Career Center in Moultrie, Tuesday, Oct. 3. 
The event will be held at 2 p.m. at 220 North Main St. The new 12,000 square foot career center will replace the labor department office located at 115 Fifth St. 
Commissioner Thurmond will be available for interviews following the ceremony.
