Labor department to help Fuddruckers recruit workers in Columbus 
ATLANTA  The Georgia Department of Labor's Columbus Career Center will help Fuddruckers fill about 70 job openings for food service workers at its new restaurant at 5524B Whitesville Rd. in Columbus. 
The labor department will host a mass recruitment for the company on Wednesday and Thursday, Oct. 11-12, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the career center, located at 700 Veterans Parkway in Columbus. 
The company will be interviewing for cashiers, dishwashers, guest servers, bakers, line cooks, and meat and produce preparers. Line cooks, bakers, and cashiers must have six months experience. Applicants will be screened to ensure they are qualified, and selected applicants will be scheduled for interviews.
