MARY KATE GURLEY OF CORDELE ACCEPTS LABOR DEPARTMENT AWARD 
 
ATLANTA -- Mary Kate Gurley, left, a service specialist in the re-employment unit at the Georgia Department of Labor's Cordele office, accepts the Miller Merit Award for the re-employment unit at the department's Camilla office. The award is given to the group that has made the most effective contribution to the overall development and progress of work in the field of employment security during the year. The award was presented by State Labor Commissioner Marti Fullerton, right, at the 55th annual educational conference of the Georgia Chapter of the International Association of Personnel in Employment Security (IAPES), held recently at Jekyll Island.
