Medicaid (ABD) Standard of Promptness 
Of all the Aged, Blind, Disabled Medicaid applications for benefits, the percentage that was completed within the mandated Standard of Promptness (SOP). State Target: greater than or equal to 96.0% Source: SUCCESS
