That the Honorable Harold Reid Reynolds of Greene County, Georgia, is appointed as the Tenth Congressional District Representative of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, for a term of office ending January 1, 2027, to succeed the Honorable Ben Tarbutton, III, whose term expired January 1, 2020.
