THE STATE OF GEORGIA 
EXECUTIVE ORDER 
BY THE GOVERNOR: 
 
WHEREAS: 
 
The State of Georgia holds title to approximately 2 acres of improved real property (hereinafter the "Property") located at 564 Old Newnan Road, Carrollton, Georgia 30117, located in Land Lot 217 of the 5th Section, Carroll County, Georgia acquired by virtue of a General Warranty Deed dated April 6, 1977, recorded in Deed Book 358, page 113 in the office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Carroll County, and filed with the State Properties Commission Real Property Records as RPR# 06344; and 
 
WHEREAS: Said Property is in the custody of the Georgia Forestry Commission; and 
 
WHEREAS: The Property is improved with a crew/storage building (BLLIP ID # 36083) as shown in the aerial photograph attached hereto as E~hibit "A" ("Structure"); and 
 
WHEREAS: Said Structure has been identified by the Georgia Forestry Commission as a liability to the agency due to cracks in the foundation and drainage issues; and 
 
WHEREAS: By Resolution dated March 19, 2019, the Georgia Forestly Commission requested authorization to demolish Structure. 
 
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME AS GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, IT IS HEREBY 
 
ORDERED: 
 
The Georgia Forestly Commission is authorized and directed to provide for the razing, demolition and disposal of said Structure under the terms and conditions which are deemed to be in the best interest of the State of Georgia.
