On December 3, 2018, the Judicial Qualifications Commission suspended Superior Court Judge Robert "Mack" Crawford; and 
Article 6, Section 7, Paragraph 7 of the Georgia Constitution requires the Governor to appoint a replacement judge for the duration of any suspension. 
NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED in me as Governor of the State of Georgia, it is HEREBY 
That the Honorable John C. Carbo III is hereby appointed "replacement judge" during the pendency of the suspension of Judge Robert "Mack" Crawford.
