IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: That effective January 7, 2019, the Honorable Emily K. Richardson is hereby appointed Superior Court Judge of the Atlanta Judicial Circuit to succeed the Honorable John J. Goger for a term of office ending December 31, 2020.
