IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: That effective August 14, 2018, the Honorable Joy R. Parks is hereby appointed Superior Court Judge ofthe Enotah Judicial Circuit to fill the seat created by the resignation of the Honorable Murphy C. Miller, for a term of office ending December 31, 2020.
