EXECUTIVE ORDER 
BY THE GOVERNOR: 
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: That effective November 7, 2018, the Honorable Nicholas Primm is hereby appointed Superior Court Judge of the Piedmont Judicial Circuit to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of the Honorable David Motes for a term of office ending December 31, 2020.
