BY THE GOVERNOR: 
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: That effective January 9, 2018, the Honorable John A. "Trea" Pipkin III is hereby appointed Superior Court Judge of the Flint Judicial Circuit to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of the Honorable Wade Crumbley for a term of office ending December 31, 2020.
