IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: That effective January 16, 2018, the Honorable Jess W. Clifton is hereby appointed Solicitor General of the State Court of Emanuel County to succeed the Honorable J. Franklin Edenfield, for a term of office ending December 31, 2018. This 16TH day of January, 2018.
