That Felicia F. Williams of Lowndes County, Georgia is appointed as a member of the Lowndes County Board of Tax Assessors to fill the vacancy created by the passing of Mike Hill until such vacancy is filled at a special election as provided for in accordance with O.C.G.A.  45-5-3.
