IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: That effective August 4, 2016, the Honorable Donald L. Montgomery, Jr. is hereby appointed Solicitor General of the State Court of Bryan County to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of the Honorable Ray C. Smith.
