IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: That effective June 4, 2015, the Honorable Mike Jacobs is hereby appointed Judge of the State Court of DeKalb County, to fill the vacancy created by the appointment of the Honorable Eleanor L. Ross as federal judge for the Northern District of Georgia.
