That the Honorable Chad Nimmer of Pierce County, Georgia, is appointed to serve as the State of Georgia Legislative Commissioner to the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission, for a term of office ending May 16, 2017, to succeed the Honorable  Jon G. Burns, whose term expired May 16,2014.
