Muldrew of BULLOCH County, Georgia, be and is hereby appointed to serve as a Classroom Teacher Representative on the Board of Trustees of the Teachers Retirement System of Georgia, to serve a term of office ending April 1, 2009, to succeed the Honorable Bobby Jean Moore, who resigned.
