Butler of LAMAR County, Georgia, be and is hereby appointed to serve as a Land Surveyor Representative on the State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, to serve a term of office ending July 1, 2008, to succeed the Honorable Theodore W. Waddle, Sr., whose resigned before the completion of his term.
