That the Honorable R. Micah Story of Clarke County, Georgia, be and is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Georgia Agricultural Exposition Authority, to serve a term of office ending June 30, 2007, to succeed the Honorable Harold Carlisle, whose term expired June 30,2003.
