That the Honorable Samuel Chipper Gardner of Spalding County, Georgia, be and is hereby appointed to serve as the Active Member representative on the Board of Trustees of the Georgia Firefighters' Pension Fund, to serve a term of office ending June 30, 2006, to succeed the Honorable Antonio D. Webb, who ceased to hold office on April 25, 2003.
