That the Honorable Robert Thomas Moraetes of Richmond County, Georgia, be and is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Georgia Athletic and Entertainment Commission, to serve a term of office ending November 6, 2006, to succeed the Honorable Jesse B. Davis, whose term expired November 6, 2002.
